Munson's Auto Service quickly became the place to go to for other local garage repair shops to have their customers’ vehicle’s computerized electronics serviced. Munson's Auto Service became known as the diagnostic specialist. Munson's Auto Service was so busy servicing local garage owners and trying to schedule their customer vehicles for diagnostic service that they started a new mobile service that will go directly to the garage owners business. A new company was created called Car Nerdz Inc.

Munson's Auto Service is truly a family business. Present owner Michael Munson's father started the business in 1979. In 1988 Michael took over the business which was then located on Old Dixie Highway as a two (2) car garage. The business then moved to South Killian Road which was located there for approximately fifteen (15) years and for the last eight (8) years the garage has been located at 2030 Avenue L in Riviera Beach, which is a ten (10) bay, 6,600 square foot facility. In keeping with the family business, Michael's two (2) sons work with him.
